1. Connect the solderless prototype with each other. Position them so that the joints are on the right and down hand side (in the below pictures I used yellow prototypes, but the color does not matter).

2. Then assemble the jumpers. (blue in the picture, but the colour does not matter). Pay attention to the jumper on the left G2-G3 connecting plate and F9-E9 on the right side prototype. The insulation between the relays should be removed between the relays (only cable), because its larger diameter does not allow proper mounting of the relays described in the further part of the manual.

3. Then we add more jumpers (in the pictures red, but the color does not matter).

4. Install relays (2pcs) and 330 ohm resistors (3 pcs). It is necessary to pay attention to the proper setting of the strap on the relay indicating the terminals of its coil (in the pictures, a rectangle with a black stripe pointing upwards). For resistors, the mounting direction does not matter.

5. Now we can build jumpers over relays and 10k resistors (2 pcs) - the direction of mounting does not matter.

6. Mount the 1N4148 diodes (3 pcs.). Pay attention to the proper arrangement of the black strip (to terminals: B5, G8 and G14) - the assembly direction is important. Two diodes are located above the relay, so you should put on the insulating sleeve. Between the I3-I5 and B3-B6 right prototype use diodes 1N4007 or 1N4004 (2 pcs) should be used. The end of the diode marked with a stripe is mounted  in B6 and I5 hole.

 7. Next, we install 4.7k resistors (2pcs) and 100nF capacitors (3pcs). The orientation of the terminals of these parts does not matter.

8. The next step is to mount the MOSFET IRF540 transistor and the 2A polymer fuse. The transistor is mounted to the C9, B11 and A8 terminals by bending the legs as shown in the picture below. For the polymer fuse, the direction does not matter. We connect it to terminals A2-A6.

9. In the next step, we attach the terminals to the Arduino NANO module and remove the unnecessary 4 pins (TX1, RX0, 2 x RST). Connect the buzzer (black item) to the A14-B17 terminals taking care that the (+) sign is on the B17 side.

Before inserting the PCB, we upload the firmware software to the Arduino NANO module according to the manual. Link.

10. Add LED diode . Please note: that longer end goes into I-16 (green LED) and G-17 (red LED). Shorter ends must be inserted to minus e.g. section 15 of the right of the solderless prototype. Diodes must be sticking out of the edge of the solderless prototype to then slot within relevant holes of the chassis.

11. Cut holes within chassis according to the template located at the bottom of this website. Then cut out one part of the chassis as illustrated below. Within that space add some foam or exercise mat. This will enable better grip between chassis and solderless prototype.

12. In order to connect cables print off the below template in colour and with option no fit to paper size. This has been attached at the bottom of this website.

13. Connect accumulator and check if the device works. At this point turning on, turning off, charging and pausing the devise can be tested. Green diode must be flickering after putting each therapy on. Select the following link to access how does the FreePEMF device works. Link do Instrukcji urządzenia. Link: the device manual.

14. On the spare solderless prototype crate testing device. It can be  made of 4 resistors 100 om; 2 diodes connected in reverse order and resistor 1 kom. Solider wire with plug to the resistor (optionally use 2 additional 0,5 mm2 wires, which can be connected to the solderless prototype and soldier  then to the plugs (exit 2 i 4)).

15. Assemble solderless prototype within the chassis. Peel off a small strip of cellar tape from the bottom of the solderless prototype and stick it to the chassis lead. Add condenser 470uF/25V. Please note that (-) negative must be located by the G1 of the right hand side solderless prototype (grey mark on the condenser). Second one must be connected to F2.
The below illustrates it. Please use cellar tape to assemble condenser to the edge of the solderless prototype to make it stay in place when device is being used.

16. Connect accumlator and put it into the chassis.
